Williamsport/Lycoming KIZ Internships/ Student Projects

Real World Experience

The goal of an internship is to provide a student with real-world work experience. Because the Williamsport/ Lycoming Keystone Innovation Zone (KIZ) has strong partnership support from both Lycoming College and Pennsylvania College of Technology, the Williamsport/ Lycoming KIZ or
IMC, Inc. (the KIZ's host organization) can assist qualified manufacturers with paying a student intern, pending the availability of funds.*

To date the KIZ and IMC have helped to place 32 interns with local companies and entrepreneurs.  Examples of projects interns have worked on include CAD work, product design, marketing and website development, automations, and graphic design.
